With fresh and natural ingredients the Adventurer II culinary team of three chefs prepare mouth-watering selections that are expertly blended with regional and international flair. The menu is inspired by Italian cuisine but the chefs are armed with Asian and local Indonesian tools, truly the most expansive and impressive luxury liveaboard cuisine of any vessel in Indonesia.

Adventurer II; Barbeques and Baking

Barbeque is an important facet on the Adventurer II luxury liveaboard cuisine menu, predominantly due to the flexibility of the mode of cooking and the char grilled flavours. It also offers the opportunity to experience outdoor dining under the stars.

When advised in advance, the Adventurer II team can easily cater for a range of specific dietary requirments, vegetarians, vegans and divers with other allergies can have seperate meals aboard the cruses.

Fresh bread is baked daily aboard and, where possible, fresh fruit is harvested throughout the Adventurer II voyages.

The fun and innovative menu is built around 'ocean fresh' sea food and seasonal fresh local produce. Fresh fish is of course plentiful, but the Adventurer II team prepares the produce of the ocean in a variety of mouth watering luxury liveaboard cuisine styles.
